Pre-configured prompts

Create a new prompt

Pre-configured AI Experts live in a shared library for your account. If you have admin access, you can add a new one and make it available to everyone.

1. Open the AI Experts library from your navigation
2. Click New prompt (admin-only)
3. Enter a clear title and optional keywords to improve search
4. Write the Expert instructions in the editor
5. Click Save to add it to the shared library

Improve a prompt with the AI

You can ask Contradic to rewrite an AI Expert so it is clearer and more structured. The improved version opens in a preview so you can apply it or discard it.

1. Open an AI Expert from the library
2. Click the improve button above the editor
3. Review the suggested rewrite in the preview modal
4. Click Apply to replace the current text, or Cancel to keep your version

Account-level sharing

AI Experts in this library are shared at the account level. Every member of the account can view and use them, while only admins can create, edit, or delete entries. The same library appears for all workspaces in the account, so you can reuse an AI Expert anywhere you work.

If you want to start a chat with one of these AI Experts, pick Use in chat from its card and choose the workspace where you want to open the conversation.
