View use cases

Use this view to keep every signed agreement in one place. It is ideal for tracking obligations, renewals, and important dates across all contracts.

How to set it up:

  1. Open Views in your workspace.
  2. Select Create From Template.
  3. Choose Contract Register.

What you will see by default:

  • A list of contract documents only.
  • Key columns such as filename, issue date, summary, and tags.
  • A grid layout that is easy to scan.

For deeper analysis, add extra columns like owner, counterparty, or internal status.

Refine contract views with filters and sorting

Use this view to centralize communications and compliance evidence. It helps you keep emails, meeting notes, notices, and governance records together for easy review.
