Manage workspace access
Account membership determines who belongs to your organization. Workspace access determines what an account member can do in one workspace.
Workspace administrators can configure access. Account Owners and Admins already inherit administrator access to every workspace and do not need a separate workspace assignment.
Grant access
Section titled “Grant access”The person must already be a member of the account. If they are not listed, invite them to the account first.
- Open the workspace.
- Select Workspace settings in the workspace navigation.
- Open the Members tab.
- Select an account member and the available access level.
- Confirm to grant access.
Change or revoke access
Section titled “Change or revoke access”The Current access list shows members who have a workspace assignment.
- To change a member’s role, select a different access level beside their name.
- To remove their access to this workspace, select Revoke.
- You cannot revoke your own workspace access from this list.
Revoking workspace access does not remove the person from the account or change access to other workspaces. Removing the person from the account ends all their workspace access.
